King of Fire Pokémon in Action Figure Form on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The king of fire Pokémon is getting his own flexible action figure, courtesy of Bandai's D-Arts.

Alongside fellow first-generation star Mewtwo, this particular Charizard has multiple points of articulation - including his neck, arms and jawline to pose this beast in an array of different positions - including a triumphant roar, scorching flame and all.

The figure will hit stores this April for 3,900 Yen (£28/$44), time to save those import-pennies!

Looks awesome! I love flexible action figures... but I'll just stick with my Link for now.

I love that they're making more in the way of Pokémon merchandise that's more in line with other franchises, I dunno. "Action" figures are great for display.

I really hope they begin to make "Action" figures for trainers and other characters eventually too.
