The chap leading the enormous global phenomenon Pokemon recently hinted at brand new projects set to surprise fans this year.
Pokemon Company CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara dropped a few hints within an interview with Japanese magazine Famitsu this week. Ishihara noted that in addition to Pokedex 3D and Super Pokemon Scramble (Rumble) the company has projects in the works that he hopes will surprise players at the same level as the first half of 2011.
His comments also favour DS owners as well as 3DS - The Pokemon Company don't want to shift development away from the DS just yet, with the CEO hoping to take care of fans playing on the older dual-screen tech, whilst finding ways to expand the series onto the 3DS.
A Pokémon game on both platforms, anyone?
