Layton and Inazuma Perform Strongly on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

During Japanese developer Level-5's presentation at GDC last week the company revealed strong sales figures for Professor Layton and Inazuma Eleven.

According to Game Watch the adventure/puzzle series for DS, Professor Layton, has done incredibly well in Japan, and equally as strong in Western regions with other a million and a half copies sold for the first game alone.

  • Professor Layton series - 2,650,000 copies (Japan only)
  • Professor Layton and the Curious Village - 1,590,000 copies (US/EU)
  • Inazuma Eleven - 340,000 copies
