Then you should have the item necessary already in your possession, cause you need it to complete Snowhead Temple (or to access it, I can't quite remember now, I'm not quite there yet in the game myself as I play through it now).

Awwwww but silly me... you need Epona to finish the quest, I forgot ! There's a place you need to go to which you need Epona to access, to finish the quest. Also the notebook normally tells you what that place is, cause mine already tells me where to go (but I can't myself yet either, cause I haven't even done the first dungeon yet )

You also need two other things to finish the quest, Rudy, not just Epona. I always do it after the third temple.

Done Great Bay, got Gilded Sword. Rolling through a lot of things with the help of the much better Bombers Notebook.

Yeah, gotta say they really did what should have been done in the first place, and what I was hoping they'd do. It doesn't hand out to you everything (some pieces of heart that you can get are NOT referenced or rumoured about by the bombers) but everything EVENT related is, pretty much (I'm still very early on in the game so I can't vouch for that but it seems that this is what they went for). I was kinda hoping the notebook would also reference stuff that doesn't yield any reward, like some hidden scenes which force you to be in one place at a certain time just to see a bit of backstory without any reward to it, but unfortunately that isn't the case. Stuff like

EDIT: OMG just beaten Odolwa, and wow, they made it piss easy this time XD. I went in not knowing what change they would have made and it didn't take me 10 seconds to figure out what I had to do, and the battle ended up lasting 1 minute tops XD.

Starting that bloody well quest now. That was always a bit of a wtf part of the game lol.

Update: Okay, wow, the well is now infinitely easier and less annoying than it was on the 64!
