Okay it wasn't the greatest of Sonic TV shows, for one it created an entirely new storyline about Sonic's history, but still it is him after all!

I have just got an email confirming that my order for the official boxset (10 discs!) of ALL episodes has just been posted. So should get it sometime next week.

Apart from CrazySonicFan I doubt theres anyone on here that is a big enough fan to shell out

I liked it it....but I was 5 or 6 when it went off. Not sure if I'd like it now (I found out I despise Sonic X if that means anything. But that's probably just because of my hatred for Anime...). I remember reading a book from the series (yes, I have a book) and I didn't like it....then again, it was meant for people just learning how to read Smilie

Yes, I always a Sonic fan. First video game that I really played. I even had a neat lil' shirt Smilie But I digress. I probably wouldn't shell out that much cash for the DVD boxset. Would for Earthworm Jim though!!!*clicky clicky*

Is that the one were Robotniks actually a good guy named Kintobor?

How action packed IS this series Karn?

does Sonic so superform?

The one gripe I had with Sonic X was they teased you with super form and never actually delivered till late late in the series.

Nope, its the one where Sonic has a sister and a brother (who are pink and green) and their mum is the queen of Mobius (I think) and is on the run from Robotnik.

I havent seen any episodes for a long, long time, but it was quite action packed. Didn't see all that many episodes so not sure how the storyline spanned out really either.

Its nothing like Sonic X though, of which I still need to see the English versions, Japanese ones had better voice acting, but I couldnt understand a damn thing. Except for the few with subtitles of course...

Sure thing, though it might be slightly biased... Smilie

Ohh....the one where he had siblings...I hated that one. Hated it almost as much as I hate Sonic X. I was thinking of another, older Sonic series (there was a Walrus, Tails, and a few other people).

Oh God, that ain't the one with that really annoying French Fox on it is it? That sucks!!!!!!!

Sonic the Hedgehog - original cartoon with sonic/tales, based mainly on the Sega games of the time.

Sonic - Freedom Fighter series - adaptation of Archie comics in the US with the princess and her attendant appearing a bit differently but the storyline being quite similar.

Sonic Underground - Sonic and two other hedgehogs in cheesy musical action.

Sonic X - recent series, anime style, airs on Fox Kids and ITV.

Spot on, cept tales is spelt Tails Smilie

My favourite will probably always be the original Sonic the Hedgehog cartoons, back on channel 4 on Sunday mornings.

Ah those were the days! Smilie

There are numerous different sonic universes.

SegaSonic - The games, need I continue

Anime - Sonic the movie. Take place on a planet called freedom and features sonic, tails and knuckles fighting Metal Robotnik and Metal Sonic.

SatAM/Archie - stands for saturday morning. This is the one with Knothole village including the characters antoine, Princess Sally and Rotor (that walrus you mentioned). Currently being shown on POP (Sky 619) at 4:35.
These cartoons were based on the american archie comics.

AoSTH - stands for Adventures of Sonic the hedgehog. This is the one with Scratch and grounder. Might be showing on POP if SatAM isn't.

Prototype - this was advertised but never happened. Check the above link to see images of it.

Underground - images on link above. I don't remember anything about it. For

Yeh we know mate, all I'm saying is how it was silly IMO to make the Underground series, as it is so obscure compared to the others.

Still anything Sonic is fine by me Smilie
