Thought a thread was needed ages ago.. I played this game at launch and for the past few weeks haven't been able to shake the experience from my mind, it's still sticking for some reason, it's like I'm trying to build a mental map of wtf just happened. Having recently played it a second time around, while knowing certain things, the game is even richer, fully deserving of the high praise it's got, despite it's obvious flaws. I myself could list numerous of these, but I honestly find myself not caring about them much, because of the quality of the positives the game shows elsewhere. But I will think about them often, when thinking about new games that come along that attempt to do similar things. There is so much in this game that developers will learn from, for many years to come. Elizabeth was amazing, too amazing at times you felt almost jealous you couldn't interact with the world with the same degree of depth of emotional response. That moment she picked up the teddy of Songbird will stick in my mind forever, and other little moments like this.
It will never leave your mind, it's the price you've paid for playing this game...
