As much as I would like to boast enormously about having completed the game within hours etc etc, as I usualy do especialy with Sonic games.
I have been taking my time and making sure I don't rush this game, as that would be a waste, so I won't post up my current stats atm
it looks like a great game and the team with those new characters in
(victor, espio and charmy i think) that looks amazing

Lol. New characters? Nope, hehe - they're from the classic Chaotix game for the Sega CD / 32x and later ported to Fleetway's Sonic the Comic.
Seaside Hill records at http://soniccenter.org
Sonic 3:13.98
Dark 3:23.44
Rose 1:40.34
Chaotix 1:11.93
so yes.

WTF???
No, I swapped this game in ages ago. It just depresses me that there aint one good sonic game since the Megadrive days...
just to brag, I've got all 141 A's and done super hard mode in 61 hours. One of these days I plan to go back and beat that time.
That's very nice MasterHunter
it's too bad that anyone is capable of obtaining all 141 A ranks. In a couple of months, almost everyone will have all 120 emblems and all 141 A ranks
And BTW, 61 hours in hard mode is nothing to brag about
if you want something to brag about, why don't you visit that site SadisticMystic posted a link to earlier. Try getting some records there. Go above and beyond and prove that you are the king, not just some nerd that likes to brag about all the games they've beaten. It's easy to beat a game after practicing a bit. But getting the world's fastest completion time? or highest score? That's something to be proud of
Not that there's anything wrong with beating the game, but once you beat the game, there's nothing else to try and achieve really. And sooner or later, there will be nothing to brag about. Lot's of people have all 180 emblems in SA2 and the same thing will eventually happen in heroes. It's best to just go for some fast times!
Show the world what your made out of if you really think you're up to it
That's a FIRST attempt. My FIRST attempt in Sonic adventure 2 was 77 hours, my SECOND was 25 hours, and my third 21 hours and that's not using Glitches.
i was 16th in the official world rankings for Sonic adventure at one point, again not using glitches and relying on luck.
The emblems thing was a reply on the "how many emblems you have?", compared to the 20 originally stated mine was a big jump.
I have 3:20..and the record is 2:51..
I'm going to share a little secret with you. unlike in SA2 you get more points for finishing quickly than you do for efficiently beating enemies. When you see a group of enemies quickly think, is it going to cost me seconds to defeat them all? Time freezes when you use a team blast.
My best SCORE for seaside hill is 70600.
