Nintendo Making Anniversary Games?

For how long have PKMN and DQ been running?

With Skyward Sword nearing the end of it's development, I find it strange how we've hardly had any news about it, since E3. There's very little to get excited for, at the moment.

A new trailer would be ideal. Twilight Princess had a number of trailers before it's release.

It's really just Nintendo trying to keep the hype as low as possible after the madness that was Twilight Princess to ensure that we will enjoy the game more.

I kinda accepted it by now and I'm not getting my hopes up for a proper trailer before E3 2011.

I may be the only 1 but this new Zelda has not got me excited yet, the "holy sh*t" moment for this game hasn't arrived. When they showed off Twilight Princess, there were those moments that got me excited and made me want to play it even more. Are Nintendo holding back?

Wonder if we'll see a gold Wii for Zelda or a Slime on with Dragon Quest???

I doubt there's going to be anything special for Zelda, considering we're getting two new games this year, so Nintendo would figure that's more than enough. I'd be all for some compilation (better than Super Mario All-Stars, I'd hope), but that's not likely since it'd have to *not* include Ocarina of Time (which would compete with 3DS version), and it'd also go against Virtual Console which is a big no-no. Super Mario World is one of the highest selling VC games, which was probably the sole reason 'Super Mario All-Stars + World' wasn't given to us instead.

The Wind Waker has never been re-released yet, and I'd like for it to be (I missed out on it the first time), perhaps as a pre-order bonus for Skyward Sword. Very unlikely though... for some reason it's like Nintendo does not like this game, while they keep re-releasing Ocarina of Time over and over (3DS = Release #5 in North America).

It's also Metroid's 25th Anniversary as well, as well as Kid Icarus. One of Club Nintendo's Platinum rewards should be a special disc containing the VC versions of The Legend of Zelda, Metroid and Kid Icarus. I'm probably going to get Platinum status this year and something like that would be awesome, but more than likely I'll end up with some figurine or the like.

That is damn SEXY. It is weird that we haven't heard or seen anything of Skyward Sword. I want to see more of it in action.

25th anniversary of Zelda? 4 Real? I can't believe it is that old.

Does that mean, we will be getting a pokemon collector's game? or a zelda remake, of the first? this is cool, and real am proud that pokemon is still alive, even the animated serious is still alive.

Zelda remake would be great, or an OoT remake. Oh wait, that's basically Twilight Princess. We need a new Zelda. Skyward seems worse than Twilight.
