I spent a while last night working on unlocking the rest of the characters, Yatterman-2/Ai-chan is fucking beastly! She has insane combos.

After completing it with Yatterman-2, you unlock the original anime opening from the Japanese version! Japanese lyrics intact. That was impressive, I had thought it was gone completely from this version.

playing this on GC pad is so awkward and I keep getting Hadoken with ryu when I'm trying to do his 2c, 5c combo going. i should start doing the 2 at 3.

Loving loving the game so far, have been playing mainly online and survival - not really much of a fan of arcade, that last boss is pretty shite lol

I am dissapointed that Original Mega man is not in it and Mega man from the Legends series is. Plus my biggest complaint......ZERO OVER PROTOMAN!?!?!? WTH?!?!

And why Zero? Well the original TvC already had Roll in it. Protoman is a Classic series character (or EXE, but w/e), so really they needed rep from a series they hadn't gone for yet
It's not a big deal, they just didn't want every single MM character to be from the Classic Series alone.

Zero can kick Protoman's butt. Plus he looks and is cooler. He's got a bigger fan base too.

Protoman is meh compared to Zero.
However legends Roll kicks the crap out of both of those two. She should of been put in instead of classic Roll but then there'd be two legends characters.

Roll (from Legends)
Zero (from Zero)

I'm that Original Franchise Mega Man fan and I really don't appeal to any other series in Mega Man. I don't know, he just really kicks ass with that old school formula.

I understand that they wanted diversity in the other series but I would have rather had Original Mega Man and Roll from Legends.

And I'm not a fan of angsty characters who will usually doubt themselves. So I really never liked Zero or even Bass.

Well, there is always Marvel vs Capcom. Sorry for the mild rant.

Neither am I, but they beat "mysterious asshole types" (like ProtoMan) any day.

so online is fucking laggy. I went 3-0 but it was still awful.

Playing Casshern/Ryu for now just because I can't play anyone else. Contemplating Jun or Morrigan, but I still need to get a feel for everyone. I realllllly want to play Alex, but Casshern and him don't pair up very well, so I might have him and someone else as a team.

Should I get this game?

And shouldn't Gutsman and his Ass be in this game?

The online on this game is so addictive, it takes quite long to find a domestic game tough.

I want to try and go online more often (haven't played it nearly enough) but my attention span to more competitive games (that aren't Pokémon) is very limited xD

I've just got my live recently back for the 360 so I doubt I'll be on TvC for a while. Having the chat boxes back up would be nice but it's a shame they got screwed up during the hacking
