Wasn't Blue Dragon met with mixed-reviews?

The game has aggregates of ~80. That\'s besides the point though, as I can usually enjoy pretty average RPGs quite a bit.

Whether or not the game is great and deserves purchase (not denying it is), the credibility of many reviewers is on the line here. GamesMaster\'s score is just disgusting. I don\'t think they\'re going to realistically persuade anyone that this game is worthy of 96%.

Controversy is awesome.

Please don\'t talk about credibility when SaTR got a 7 or over on most game review sites, including this one. That game sucked......baaaaaalllllls Smilie. To be frank, I wouldn\'t trust any score unless backed by a reasonable trend of facts by other sites....and even then I\'m still skeptical.

Diablo II
"I'll make weapons from your bones!" - The Smith Paladin: I will cleanse this wilderness. Deckard Cain: Stay a while and listen!

Even reviews are all based on opinion, which is why you generally don't agree with them completely. It's when reviews are influenced by outside sources that they lose too much credibility, which is the point I was making.

I hardly ever agree with reviews anymore anyway, since I make my own opinion on things, but they are helpful for those interesting in the game, who just need a little push. A review isn't going to tell you to buy a game you have absolutely zero interest in, a review will persuade you to buy a game you already thought of getting.

Likewise to what you think of SaTR, I think of Metroid Prime Hunters.

I agree with you on that part there. That is what reviews should do. Mush + Smilie.

And sorry Simez. I guess my question is who's voice acting the Joker since the actor passed away? And is Batman's voice still extremely gruffy?

Actually all the voices are done by the cast of the cartoon. I'm not sure which cartoon series, but they should be recognisable to fans atleast.

I loved the Batman Cartoons! They were classy and American! Not at all like some of the crap we get overseas.

It's done by the cast of Batman: The Animated Series. Luke Skywalker as the Joker = amazing.

So has anyone else got/played the full thing?

I've got to say, it is actually very good. Hearing the Joker taunt you or his henchmen throughout adds to the experience, and the Riddler's challenges can be quite fun to work out. Also, when you die the villains taunt you or perform actions on the Game Over screen depending on who your against.

For example

The challenge rooms are also pretty fun, although I'm not too good at the combat ones yet (altough with the Joker, I can do them, but they aren't counted towards completion.) The predator challenges have you taking down enemies in certain ways.

Oh, and Mark Hamill as the Joker = win
