when i plant fruit on AC to try to get them to grow into fruit trees they always like dissapear, so does any1 that has the game give me any tips for growing trees sucessfully Smilie Smilie

I think they have the best chance of survival in Spring or Summer, and putting them very close together won't help. Besdies that, it's a while since I played it so I can't remember.

I did find a way, but I don't seem to be able to remember how I got the best results, havn't played it in such a long time... Smilie

Trying to think of a witty signature after 'Hacker-gate'...

Just dont plant it behind a wall or cliff or behind a tree. They will grow just as long they are not in the shade and dont plant one on a raining day or esle the next day it will be dead. Well thats what i know so far. Smilie

It's all chance! If you find the little sapling with a hole in it the next day, it won't work! Just palnt it and hope for the best!

I always just chop down a different tree then plant the fruit where the old tree was

I've always found planting it in a nice open space away from anything else on a nice day gives the best success, but they don't always survive still. I have quite a bit of experience with AC, and trees are something I've experimented with.

I find planting tree's highly frustrating, therefore I normaly go by my day chopping the bloody things down, usualy.

I've planted a lot of trees over the months (a virtual guy's got to have a hobby) and my village is something like a forest - you can get really into it, but over winter its hard.
