Do we have to stand on our wiimotes now?
The had better use the balance board, if not, I see no reason for it.
This is one sequel I wasn't waiting for...
It won't use the Wii Board, it's made by Sonic Team, so even though it was only announced a few weeks ago, it'll be out half a year before Wii Fit.
'Cos they make their games in about 4 months, after drawing pics, making music & hiring 4Kids.
My eyes, they're bleeding.
Never liked the first one, have no hopes for this one either to be honest.
There are no hopes for those who didn't like the first one. I'm one of the "sad few" who liked the first one. This one sounds worse.
If it's online it might be nice. :3
No balance board support = me not interested. I reckon they could impliment it with the consultation of Nintendo, Nintendo are briefing other developers about online so why not this also, a game it would suit perfectly. The next SSX for sure will have it and with that being the case I can easily give this a miss even if it does support it. In this game it's likely to be just left and right movement anyway, which would be dull in comparison to the things you would expect from SSX. [LS]

Have you guys even played Sonic Riders? You spend so much time in the air that the balence board just wouldn't feel right.
I mean, the balance board is going to remain very still. On the floor. Most of the game in Sonic Riders is spent spinning around in the sky. I just don't see it working. Besides, it's on PS2 aswell, they're obviously not commited to make Wii exclusive special controls, prolly just some lame motion sensing.
If you ask me, the balance board wouldn't work with Sonic Riders.

Well if that's the case I agree. I would be more happy with ground up games anyway. [LS]

It's ground up for PS1, then the Wii fans get the PS1 version, & the poor PS2 fans get a game far inferior to what their console can handle
what the hell...
