The backgrounds look really good, but what the hell is with the foreground? It looks like something you'd see in a shitty Flash game developed by one fat guy, overnight in his mother's basement...

Yeah it does look slightly out of place.
One thing iI hope is fixed in this game is the silly looking robots that look like robotnik, just somthing i miss from the old sonics is the variation in badniks from level to level.

Pirates, dinosaurs and Captian Whisker. Looks like it's taken a simliar route to Sonic and the Secrets Rings. Which i hate. Smilie

Keep Eggman/Robotnik and his robots and not some stupid enemies you normally see in copy-cat platformers.

Other than that, this is looking good. Smilie

At least it's not Sonic Team making it, and at least the enemies appear to be badniks rather than those stupid robots with Robotnik faces...

Yeah... It did... A lot... All the scenery seems to have black outlines in those screens, it looks weird...

But, but, at least there are badniks now ;-; For the first time since Sonic Adventure I think...

i remmeber before the ds was released there was a full 3d sonic game running on it, what the hell happened there! i like rush, but at the end of the day its a game you'd expect to see a decade ago! not something worth

Well the concept seemed to become the special stage in rush except modified a bit.
At the end of the day 2D sonic > 3D sonic, the DS is the only place for 2D fans of sonic to get there fix, now go away you ballbag.

It was a tech demo and it involved rubbing the stylus across the screen as fast as possible for a few minutes... Looked fun...
