New 2 Animal Crossing any friendly tips?

just got it 2day(Animal Crossing)as i heard its amazing is there any friendly advise any1 could give me on this game ;D if so cheers and merry xmas

Fishing is one of the best sources of money at the beginning, and once you have a bit of spare cash, play the stalk market.

That brings in the big bells.

Fossils are good for big bucks!
But the best thing to do is send mail to other folk(with present)
when they reply if it is a fruit and not your local fruit plant it!
remember 3 days later you will have a 1500 bell tree!

i payed of 300,000 bells in one day using time travelling. bad move. but it was worth it. go into a friends town and steal one or more of each fruit. you can sell it to nook 500 ea once grown

Growing fruit takes time, but turns out to be the most valuable venture. For now though fish and sell fossils, but slowly turn your town into a massive foreign fruit grove, in the end you can harvest over 150k worth of fruit every three days, or divide the town into three regions and harvest 50k worth a day.

dont mess with time travelling until you are used to and know the effects. dont do what i did and went back to january 1 2000 looking for rare items. bad move. when i came back the place was covered in weeds. it took half and hour to clear my town and everyone was like where you been at and stuff. still town hall gave me 27k in interest!
