i dont really understand what D reed said but it sounds clever so i'll go with that Smilie

I don't think GBA games are overpriced. If these games were on SNES they'd have been twice the price they are on GBA. I remember Yoshi's Island was a game I never could afford, thanks to its

Current top anime: His and Her Circumstances

Current top game: Metroid Zero Mission

Current top song: Tongue Tied (Red Dwarf!)

GBA games should be priced at 25 as this provides a good enough profit whilse also being cheap enough for mostto afford.

Kuru Krur Kurruruing was gaming genius. The best thiing since monkry ball.

Also, rob, david, you both have fair points and are both valued highly to Cubed-3 as good members so please dont get petty when, neither answer is wrong, just an opinion. Smilie It doesnt matter who started it or who said what.

James

I don't really think there over priced but I want them to be cheaper. Smilie

When I've been talking about

My DS code for 42 classic games is 5026 2806 4140. Looking for people to play Rummy with. Feel free to PM your code. Also, anyone can add my Wii code if they like, PM me with yours too.

$30 is a pretty fair price considering that we pay up $50 for a new console game. Nintendo already dropped the game prices from $40 to $30, anything more would be suicide on nintendo's part.

Don't forget though Android, the price of ROM chips during the SNES days was significantly greater than they are now. some 10+ years later. SF2 was a 16Mbit or 2MByte game. The game would be far cheaper to manufactute these days, so would never be

IMO GBA games should be

We all make personal economic decisions as to the worth of goods and services, and I guess I just don't think GBA games provide significant utility for me, to justify

as has been prev mentioned the majority of the cost is profit. knowing prices from wholesalers, t least

they are over-pirced in game anyway you can get newest games in my local gamestation for only

Yeah...whatever

we could get the games for under

I think they are decently priced. I remember that GBA games used to be $40 but now most of them are always $30. I wish they made them at $25 so it could be a little cheaper but $30 is good enough.

Never Make Fun of Pigs! They have feelings too you know

^^^^^^^^

These things are scary

Well if you think about it, prices are going up all the time, and some GBA games are much better than some of the more "powerful" gamecube games, so I think they are fair, considering the amount of time these creative people put into them (well some of them)

or thats just capitolist society socioloising and manipulating me into a drone who believes everything I said,

but maybe what I just said is a play to lure me into an Ideological apparatus in which I think I know stuff,

but maybe ...

welcome to the site freddie Smilie

looks like the general concensus is that they are worth the money- but only for the right game.

NO the right game should be

yeah a

In EB in sydney Gameboy games are all expensive. They're $70 for the GBA games and the GBC games(always preowned) are normally priced $30 to $50. It seems expensive since the gameboy colour and N64 at the shop cost $30. I only buy gameboy games off friendssince they aren't important to me, I only use gameboy when I'm travelling on the train back home

Well if you think about it, prices are going up all the time

I'm not sure what you mean? could you explain. How are prices going up all the time? Smilie Smilie

a little think called inflation matey.

Having done A level economics and Business Studies, I know what inflation is, and how it is calculated. Basically you take a basket of different goods and services and look at the average percentage rise or fall in price over a fixed period, (usually month/year). However, just because you have an average inflation of say 3%, it doesn't mean all goods are going up by that figure. Some goods may actually become cheaper. If you think about it, game prices have effectively been falling since the SNES. I remember games being between
