This is an amazing game and I recommend it to any person who loves horror. What makes the game unique is that you have a sanity Meter, When you lose almost all your Sanity the Character you are playing starts Hallucinating. Things end up getting interesting when this happens, mini enemies, walking on the roof, main Character becomes a zombie, etc... There are so many Hallucinations that I can't name them all. I give the game 10 out of 10. A must have for any scary game collection
