Hoo boy. I wouldn't want to see either getting SCi.

I second your motion. UBisoft and EA have been a cancer to gaming. If these companies continue, the video game market will fall in to mediocrity and crash like it did in 1983.
To be honest, I kind of wish if anyone was going after them it was Sega...strange to say, but it has done well with UK companies in the past (Sports Interactive being one key example).
