Nintendo Media | Smash Update: Bowser Does Brawl

Mario's most famous nemesis makes a scaly return to the Smash Bros Arena in today's Official Dojo update, with a slightly scarier flavor!

The biggest and the heaviest of fighters, Bowser has a slightly different flavor this time around!

To be honest, there are a LOT of characters that offer a slightly different flavor this time around. If you think they're all going to be the same as they have been, it'll be rough for you.

This really is excellent news. This basically confirms seeing a new (old) character each week. I assume Newcomers will come a lot slower, seeing as Meta Knight is yet to be reconfirmed. I'm also hoping to see stuff on Snake & Zero Suit Samus soon. Still, good to get more interesting confirmations. DK & Yoshi should be soon don't ya think?

Keeping on-topic, he certainly looks impressive. I never liked him the the previous game mind, I prefer manuveurability over strength when choosing my fighter.

I do! He is pretty good, but most people dont give him a chance coz hes slow, buit i think hes a pretty good character deffinetly better then DK & Ganondorf!

EDITL Of course Bowser will probably be slightly improved this time around anyway, so for now we can't say.

haha.. well im a Mario & Falco user... but i only use them 2 when i wanna OPEN A CAN OF WHOOPASS on my friends Smilie
But sometimes i choose Bowser and i like him better then DK & GANONDORF... I also like Young Link over Normal Link!

I hope they keep the custom matches with online, Giant Melee and everyone picking bowser and having mushrooms as the only items are pretty insane.Smilie

By the way, it just hit me, but the scale is mucked up again. I guess it's fair. Bowser can't be too big. Giga Bowser was a little more to scale... he's nearly as big as normal Bowser should be Smilie

hahaha i know that is awsome!! also small melee with poisen mushrom!!! running from one side of teh stage to teh other it takes years with Pichu!!! Smilie
