Nintendo Wii Media | Dragon Quest Swords Screens

By Jorge Ba-oh 30.04.2007 6

Square Enix have revealed some interesting shots from the upcoming Dragon Quest Swords from town exploration to bizzare looking characters.

The spin-off game, The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors, takes players into a unique RPG setup with the Wii-setup in mind - a first person battle system compliments the usual cast of Akira Toriyama designed folk and gorgeous overworld environments.

It's just looking better and better! Can't wait to see this demolish the Japanese charts in a few short months... Smilie

So they're recycling stuff from DQ8 on PS2, nice of them.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Well, I've never played A DQ game but this looks like a good place to start. Hopefully it'll turn out as a great game and one to put on the list.

Smilie looking very nice indeed, Smilie

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

I know this game will sell tons on title alone, but couldn't they do a little more with the visuals? Are these actually recycled PS2 models?

I'm still skeptical about this game...it just doesn't look very good from the videos I've seen.
