Well the fact that I've never really played any kinda helps... Except possibly one of the 1080 games, and I can remember not being that impressed...

1080 on the N64 was like....amazing.

We're we? Oh dear...

And obviously not... All I can remember of the one I played was that it was incredibly slow. I'm sure it was on the N64
