Cant wait to pick up PoR! DoS was amazing.
Urge to import... Rising... I think I'd rather get a PAL version though >.>
Both look awesome...but the WIi will use up lots of money....with Mario, Metroid and Smash bros in early 07 and Wii play(mainly for the wiimote) Zelda and Trauma centre for launch so I think i'll save up...
So then who's getting these games?
Personally they look great but the Wii is where it is at not the DS, at the minute.
The Wii is where it's at next Spring. The DS is where it's at in America and Japan. For Europe... Well we're just fucked... In the EYE socket...

If Zelda ain't enough for you mate i don't know what is.
Although the Wii will have some great games by Spring time.
Twilight Princess was a Gamecube game, is still a Gamecube game, and it will still be a Gamecube game when it comes out
So nobody on here is planning on getting either of these classic DS games? Castlevania is down for a Feb 07 European release, whilst Kirby sadly has no release date here.
PoR bombed in Japan, only gaining 14,000 in its first week and then disappearing and apparently seeing another Castlevania depended on its sales. So I'm really hoping it flies off the shelves in the US.
As for Kirby, since I can't stand Power Paintbrush (sorry Megadan!), I'm hoping this follows the Japanese sales trend and trashes Power Paintbrush's sales...so we don't see another touch-screen-only Kirby again!
Traditional Kirby definitely gets my vote, especially when Capcom's Flagship is working on it. With any luck the success will convince Nintendo to let Flagship do a successor to Zelda: The Minish Cap...
Anyway - people that decide to pick either of these up, please share your thoughts with us all!

Trauma Center isn't a launch title
Mario, Smash Bros and Metroid in early 07? Yeah right.
I posted in the Kirby review, sounds awesome, can't wait to play/get it, does anyone know of a release date?
I already have Kirby (though haven't got round to playing it yet as I've been on Wii mostly) my local games shops sell USA imports of DS games so I just buy them rather than wait for PAL release. Also got FF3 DS and Yoshi's Island 2 for christmas and waiting on delivery of Castlevania: Portrait of ruin

I loved Canvas Curse but... I think I'd like traditional Kirby for a while before we get another one. And I need that Gamecube one like I need Oxygen and Pie. ;_;
I don't believe Kirby has a release date here yet unfortunately, but considering the fact that Canvas Curse took 5 months to get here we can probably expect it around May some time >_>
Apparently it's being released in Australia in March, which I suppose it a good sign...
