Nintendo News | Wii European Launch - December 8th,

It's the confirmation that European readers have waited for - the price, the date, and the contents of the Wii when it makes its way to stores later this year. Read on for the official launch line-up for Europe!

Nintendo UK confirmed the details earlier today, covering all the regions for Wii goodies for a 2006 worldwide Wii launch!

We've just gotten word from James (Mr T.) Live at the conference in London...

you say 'Wii Sports bundle as default'. Someone at my place said, that there are 2 controller-pairs included. But I think it's only one, isn't it?

Good news, certainly that of the price may consider being patient for even longer and wait to get a UK console- the game pricing is also good when you compare it alongside that of XBOX360 and the price you will have to pay for PS3 games. a great chirstmas is to be had by all- M XMAS

It's only one controller in the console bundle it seems. The mention of the other controller is a game 'Wii Play' with a load of mini-games designed to teach you the remote control play, it comes with a free controller.
