My jaw instantly dropped when I saw this:

CPU: PowerPC CPU (code-named "Broadway"). Made with a 90 nm SOI CMOS process, jointly developed with and manufactured by IBM.

Very nice, indeed. Smilie

"Development started in October 2005. Scheduled for release in 2007. It feels like we've only just begun, but we are hard at work on it."

Nintendo GameCube used an

Xbox360 has 3 IBM processors actualy, but I am not sure what type.
3ghz clockspeed each.

Last update; Mice,Plumbers,Animatronics and Airbenders. We also have the socials; Facebook & G+

Actually, it turns out that it had a single tripple core PowerPC chip:

Central processing unit

The central processing unit (CPU), named Xenon (Microsoft) or Waternoose (IBM) is a custom IBM triple-core PowerPC-based design.

90 nm process, 165 million transistors, 65 nm process SOI
Three symmetrical cores, each one SMT-capable and clocked at 3.2 GHz
One VMX-128 (IBM's branding for AltiVec) SIMD unit per core
128

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

I know ur excited gunkoi but using power pc technology for consoles is now old skool.Cube was the first in the las t generation and in this generation both the PS3 and 360 are using power pc technology as well

PS3 and 360 are using power pc technology as well
