When will it ever end? Another day, another Revolution Rumour. This one, however, comes not from an obese photoshop kid, but from one of the big players in the industry: EA Games.
Our friends over at Nintendo Revolution Canada recently conducted an interview with EA on various issues, one of which included support for Nintendo's next home console. EA spokesperson, Trudy Muller - now scattered across the internet - made an interesting comment on the Revolution's illustrious controller.
One would instantly assume that touch sensitivity originates from the DS's capabilities, given that 3D pointing refers to a Revolution feature shown in 2005. However Nintendo has mentioned that there are various secrets in store - could touch sensitivity be one of them?
Muller clarified what was said by stating: "[touch sensitivity] is related to what Nintendo may have in development for use around their Revolution controller."
Various sites have speculated on either in-built touch features into the remote controller, or a separate touching addition that puts Rub Rabbits to shame.
