The latest Shin Megami Tensei game is weaving a new story onto Nintendo 3DS next year.
Earlier this morning Atlus posted a teaser website with a unique goal of 15,000 tweets required in order to reveal something Shin Megami Tensei related. It's likely the publisher had expected the teaser to last at least a good few days, but fans went slightly barmy and have already unlocked the announcement just hours in. That's dedication, all right!
Known as Shin Megami Tensei IV Final, the game will be fully revealed next week on a NicoNico live stream, with a release date planned for February 2016, so set those alarm clocks.
Satoshi Oyama, Chief Programmer on Shin Megami Tensei IV, will be directing the game, with Kazuki Yamai as producer, Masashi Doi working on character designs, compositions by Ryotoa Kozuka and monster/world setting planning by Kazuma Kaneko - confirmed Famitsu (translation via Siliconera).
