Nintendo 3DS, Wii U Million Sellers Keeps on Growing

Nintendo have updated the list of ongoing million sellers, including the likes of Splatoon and Wii Party U.

Despite the Wii U perhaps not penetrating as many homes as Nintendo had expected after the stellar performance of the Wii, the console has racked up a solid set of million sellers, with a majority surpassing three and four million a piece - including the critically acclaimed Mario Kart 8 and Super Mario 3D World.

The following figures are as of 30th June 2015.

• Mario Kart 8 - 5.43 million
• Nintendo Land - 4.88 million
• New Super Mario Bros. U - 4.84 million
• Super Mario 3D World - 4.30 million
• Super Smash Bros. for Wii U - 3.83 million
• New Super Luigi U - 2.26 million
• Splatoon - 1.62 million
• Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD - 1.57 million
