The Japanese website for Devil's Third confirms various tidbits about the Wii U game, including in-game microtransactions.
The game will clock in at 16.4GB, so those wanting to download Devil's Third from the eShop will need to free up space on their systems, or invest in external storage. There'll only be a single file, but this is per Wii U account rather than system wide, however.
Nintendo also touched on the different modes, which includes the Wii U-exclusive solo feature, and a fairly extensive multiplayer selection. There's the standard deathmatch rounds, Cross Fight and the odd Carnival mode. When heading online, there'll be both co-operative and competitive play, and support for Miiverse messages.
Interestingly, the team are also weaving microtransactions into Devil's Third, as players cough up real cash to buy in-game Golden Eggs, which can be traded for in-game dosh,, weapons or equipment.
Will you venture into the world of Devil's Third? What are your thoughts on the inclusion of microtransactions?
