Shantae and the Pirate's Curse Gets Dual Stick Update on 3DS

Developer WayForward is bringing a new update to Shantae and the Pirate's Curse on Nintendo 3DS.

Features in the update are designed with speed-runners in mind, with optional functionality for those with New Nintendo 3DS consoles or those with the Circle Pad Pro. The right control stick can be used to "Quick Select" magic/items, and use the ZL/ZR shoulder buttons to swap between inventory or map screens.

The game controls can be swapped between the original set and the new, dual-stick scheme by tapping on the touch screen.
