Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash Coming to 3DS with new amiibo

Everyone's favourite miniature robot is returning to Nintendo's handheld with the launch of Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash, a side-scrolling action game.

In Zip Lash, the ickle adventurer must swing his plug to whip through enemies, solve challenging puzzles within his environment, upgrade his plug and uncover secret areas. The game will launch as a Nintendo 3DS exclusive this November.

To celebrate the robot's return t'fame, there will also be a matching Chibi-Robo amiibo to boot. The figure transforms our protagonist into the "all-powerful Super Chibi-Robo" in certain areas of the game, plus unlocks a set of collectible figures. More details on the intriguing new amiibo feature will be announced nearer the game's release this fall.
