Imageepoch Files for Bankruptcy on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Tokyo developer Imageepoch has filed for bankruptcy this week due to growing debt.

The company, who first rose to fame with three Luminous Arc titles for Nintendo DS, had also worked on the likes of 7th Dragon, Yoshi's New Island for Nintendo 3DS, Arc Rise Fantasia on Wii and numerous PSP titles.

The company's latest project, Stella Glow will be published by SEGA.

There had been numerous signs in recent months - including the mysterious disappearance of Imageepoch founder Ryoei Mikage, and the official websites suddenly coming offline without warning.

Our thoughts go out to the staff members involved with the company.
