200cc Being Added to Mario Kart 8 on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

At last! For the first time in the series, players will soon be able to race in 200cc class in Mario Kart 8.

On April 23rd, a free update will become available for players to choose the super-fast 200cc class, opening up an entirely new way to play Mario Kart. Just watching the trailer below shows the sheer leap in speed, with players being able to zip blisteringly quick across maps, even opening up brand new shortcuts.

The class will be playable online, too, which is sure to bring a new dimension to network races, and cause havoc with friends. Watch the trailer below to see 200cc in action.

24th would be better for me. I work on Thursday nights. Unless I get told there's no work that night for whatever reason.
