GameCube Games Emulated at 60fps on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nintendo fans have been hard at work to try to enhance classic GameCube games by emulating them at 60fps.

Games like Super Mario Sunshine and Pikmin 2, which originally ran at 30fps, have been tweaked to run at double their designed framerate, yielding some interesting results. One would argue that these games appear that bit smoother and more fluid when outputting at 60fps. Sound, however, is said to pose a bit of a problem - but can be resolved with further tinkering with the games.
