Disney and Nintendo are bringing more 3D video content to Nintendo 3DS, with the release of Up on the handheld.

With the portable boasting stereoscopic 3D technology, it would be the ideal means of watching 3D movies on the move. Nintendo themselves have experimented with video content through selected partners, but the system hasn't been widely utilised so far.

Now, over in Japan, players can watch the 2009 animated Disney Pixar film in its entirety on the handheld for 3240 Yen ($27/£17).

£17! Get bent! I could buy the 3D Blu ray for that and watch it on the big screen. Good idea, but way over priced for a movie that's nearly 6 years old!
