Captain Toad Launching Early in the UK

Retailers are shipping Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker two weeks ahead of launch in the UK.

Various sources have confirmed that the adorable 3D platformer will be available to consumers before Christmas, with online outlets having shipped the game already. The game will supposedly "soft launch" in various branches of GAME on Monday 21st December, with some of those who pre-ordered from the likes of ShopTo.net receiving the game even earlier.

Players will strap on a backpack, and track down hidden gems in the game, with the official launch on 2nd January 2015. Due to demand and solid reviews, it seems as if Nintendo UK want to push Treasure Tracker towards the post-Christmas sale season.
