For Glory Brings on Smash Bros. Error, Bricked Wii U Consoles on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Some Super Smash Bros. for Wii U owners have reported errors after playing the For Glory online mode.

Error 160-0103 prevents users from loading Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and enter Data Management on the console, and even has seen hardware becoming "bricked" when users try to format their systems.

Nintendo have yet to comment on the issue, and those who have experienced the error are, at time of writing, having to pay for repairs. Those who do unfortunately encounter the error would be best to wait for Nintendo to respond to the issue before tinkering with the system.

It's getting a lot of attention because of Super Smash Bros, but it's not a new issue nor a game specific issue.

Oh, good grief... now I'm afraid to play my Wii U, and I'm picking up my Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker pre-order today, too. Smilie
