Ultimate NES Remix Out Now on EU eShop

It may not arrive on European shelves until Friday, but Ultimate NES Remix has made a surprise release onto the eShop after an announcement in today's Nintendo Direct.

Ultimate NES Remix is a combination of minigames and challenges from NES Remix 1 and 2 on the Wii U eShop, as well as including a bonus mode which challenges players to complete the original NES Super Mario Bros. at double speed.

While no similar announcement has been made for the American eShop (where the game releases December 5), purchasers in the region will receive a free 3DS Home menu theme when buying the game from the eShop.
