Thomas Was Alone will launch on multiple formats this November, creator Mike Bithhell has confirmed.
The game is an indie puzzler created by Bithhell as a Flash-based browser game back in 2010. The project took off with a PC/Mac release in 2012, followed up by ports on PS3 and PS Vita with additional content in April 2013.
Thomas Was Alone takes place within a computer mainframe, where artificial intelligence has gotten out of control and gained its own personalities. Each of these are represented by simple shapes, with the main character as a rectangle.
The aim of the game? Simply direct these shapes to exit points designed with each stage in mind.
The ports are being worked on by the folk at Curve Studios for Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Wii U this November.
What do you think of the concept; have you played Thomas Was Alone yet?
