Rumour: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U out on 21st November on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Rumour: A Nintendo advert seemed to suggest a potential release date for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

At time of writing, the company has yet to set an official date for the Wii U version of the multi-franchise fighting game, plotting the title into a general "Winter 2014" timeframe.

In an advert on the Puissance Nintendo website, spotted by NeoGAF, the game had been listed for a 21st November release in Europe, however this has since been amended to "Winter 2014". The date also appears to co-inside with other rumoured listings, with a Fred Meyer flyer suggesting the same launch day for North America.

Does the release date sit nicely, or should there be a bigger gap between the 3DS and Wii U versions?

I'm so gutted that I won't be able to properly play this for years but at least my 3DS version will keep me company! I'm still going to get it on launch and send it back to my address in the UK so I get the collectors music CD!

I also heard a rumor that the Wii U version may come out on the 28th of Nov. Either way it too mee looks like it will be november. Nintendo just needs to make sure they take advantage of this Christmas Holiday. Man I promis sales would be through the roof !!! Go Go Go Nintendo ( Leave luck to hevan ) : definition)
