SteamWorld Dig Cross-Platform Wii U Discount

Image & Form have confirmed that those who own SteamWorld Dig for 3DS can get a discount towards the Wii U version.

Owners in Europe, Australia and New Zealand who would also like to try out the Wii U version can get a 25% discount towards the home console version on Wii U. It's part of a cross-platform ownership incentive, which aims to reward players for buying the same title across multiple platforms.

The Wii U version of SteamWorld Dig does have its fair share of enhancements, however, including striking HD graphics.

The offer isn't possible yet for those in North America, as there isn't currently a cross-buy mechanism in place.
