Today SEGA unleashed new non-playable characters that'll appear within the Sonic Boom universe.
The core five playable characters already made their debut as Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles and newbie, Sticks, but the studio has yet to dig deep into the supporting case. These new additions to the Sonic the Hedgehog universe will appear in the games in some form, with some also making their small-screen debut in the Sonic Boom TV series.
Old Tucker is a happy-go-lucky farmer, joined by Hayward, a farmhand who goes above and beyond to prove himself to others. Both appear in Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric.
Pepper and Salty are both sailors who both appear in the animation and Rise of Lyric. New girl Perci is street smart and protects the town when the time comes. Like the sailors, she's in both the animation and Rise of Lyric.
Foreman Fred is a rather hapless worker, rather slow, yet knows all the rules. Hokey and Pokey have been married for over 175 years and always poke fun at each other, hence the name. Both appear in Rise of Lyric.
Q-N-C is the main guide in both the Wii U and 3DS Sonic Boom outings, once an evil robot who can now think for himself. With his freed mind, Q-N-C sets out to do good. Doctor Ginger helps out the team with sweet but stern directions, Cliff the wise is the elder statesman of the village - both appear in Rise of Lyric.
Chef Food, Fastidious Beaver and Mayor Frink all appear in the animation series and Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric.
