E3 2014 | Mii Characters Confirmed for Super Smash Bros

During Nintendo Direct today, NFC figures were confirmed for the new Super Smash Bros. game on Wii U.

Producer Masahiro Sakurai did have some reluctance against the inclusion of Miis as fighters, but they've been tweaked to become more suited to fighting games - additional animation, moves and weapons to suit Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

There will be some flexibility with the figures too, with "Brawler", "Gunner" and "Swordfighter" classes, with 12 different move options available to build the perfect player.
