US eShop Update Includes Zelda: A Link to the Past for Wii U

The latest update for the North American Nintendo eShop includes Zelda, Mario classics plus the Super Indie Sale.

This week a classic Hylian adventure paves the way for the download scene on Wii U as the critically acclaimed Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past returns to retell the iconic story once again.

Also in the virtual console space is the original Mario Bros. arcade game on the 3DS eShop.

Castle Cloud 3D, a 3D action/strategy game is now available to download on 3DS, whilst Wii U players can flex their muscles and bottoms in the full-price version of Wii Fit U. Also new this week is ARC STYLE: Solitaire and Touch Battle Tank 3D 2, both available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

This week also marks the launch of the Super Indie Sale in north America, with players able to get 60% off participating games providing they own one or purchase one at full price. The offer is available from 9am PT 30th January to 9am PT on February 13th.
