Image & Form Tease Next SteamWorld Game for 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Brjann Sigurgeirsson from Image & Form have teased plans for the next SteamWorld game.

The series will be set to continue under the StreamWorld name, but won't be a direct sequel to Dig, Sigurgeirsson confirmed in an interview this week. He said that there would be some elements from SteamWorld Dig, but "other gameplay elements are in there and the mix is very interesting".

It's pitched for a 2014 release, with the 3DS as the primary console.
