Animal Crossing: New Leaf 3DS European eShop Midnight Launch on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nintendo UK has confirmed that the much anticipated Animal Crossing: New Leaf will be available to download when the clock strikes twelve.

Whilst Cinderella might not anticipate midnight, fans of Animal Crossing can be amongst the first in the country to create their brand new Nintendo 3DS town by accessing the eShop at midnight 14th June. Confirmed via Nintendo's weekly download press release this morning, the game will arrive on the download service in the early hours and priced at €39.99 (£34.99) for European players.

I'm hoping my copy of Animal Crossing arrives today. According to the tracking number it is expected for delivery tomorrow, but it has already arrived in my town this morning. (though with all the conferences to watch today, I'm not sure I'll have time to play it until tomorrow anyway).

I hope Nintendo doesn't send the download code from their promo a month after release lol. Has anyone else already got a download code from the promo (buy 3, get one free) ?? How long did it take for them to send a code?
