New Sonic Lost World Features New Friends, Gameplay, Enemies

SEGA have commented on the upcoming Nintendo-exclusive Sonic the Hedgehog game, Sonic Lost World.

In an Associated Press feature on Yahoo Games, John Cheng, president and chief financial officer of Sega of America talked about the forthcoming game, promising "new gameplay and enemies". As for the dreaded onslaught of new friends, "he'll have his same friends there, and I think there'll be some new ones as well", Cheng confirmed.

SEGA are working on Sonic Lost World for both Nintendo Wii U and 3DS as an exclusive entries in the long-running series, "It's not a reiteration. It's going to be all new."

More details on Sonic Lost World are expected at this year's E3 Expo and Nintendo Direct.
