Super Smash Bros. creator Masahiro Sakurai has tweeted reassurance to fans about the upcoming Wii U and 3DS development after his injury.
Earlier this week Sakurai revealed that he was developing calcific tendonitis and several ruptures in one of his arms that "turns into pain when I use a keyboard or game controller with my fingers". In order to prevent damage he needs to keep his arm rested but he feels he's still in a "good enough shape to work" on his projects, including the new Super Smash Bros. games.
The news did concern some fans; whether these injuries would create potential delays for the upcoming Nintendo brawler.
Sakurai today took to Twitter to reassure fans, thanking them for their support and not to "worry about my injury and SMASH BROS development".
