Mutant Mudds Arriving on US eShop Next Week

Renegade Kid's owner and director, Jools Watsham, has revealed that Mutant Mudds will be coming to the US eShop next week (January 26th 2012). The retro styled 2D platformer will cost you $8.99 to purchase, which is lower than the expected price point of $10.

Players control Max and must collect Water Sprites to wash away the evil Mutant Mudds. Armed with a water cannon and jetpack, he can take also take down enemies and hover. The game takes full advantage of the hardware's 3D capabilities, allowing you to jump between the backgorund and foreground of environments.

Renegade Kid haven't announced details on when the game will be coming to Europe yet.
