Iwata Asks: Super Street Fighter IV for 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Iwata has been hard at work interviewing key developers behind upcoming 3DS software and this week spoke to Capcom's Yoshinori Ono.

The pair discuss all things 3DS and Street Fighter, of course including everything you'd like to know about the 3DS edition of Super Street Fighter IV, which Nintendo is publishing in Europe. We also take a short trip through time, with Ono noting how he started out as a composer for Capcom, eventually working his way into the programming side of things.

With the 3DS Ono describes how the team wanted to continue a sense of community, with players able to fight whenever, wherever and recreate the living room get-together with the spectator feature.

I'll be getting some hands-on time with the game on March 10th. I'll do a short write up of my impressions, comparing it to the other console versions I play.

No, but the reason for that is clear - there was no "MT Framework Light" available at the time.
