Namco Bandai has drummed up new details from the upcoming third Taiko Drum Master game for Wii: an all out beat for 4 players.

Taiko Drum Master Wii: Everyone Party, due out in December in Japan, blends the classic rhythm action with a series of seven different mini-games "Dream Taiko Land" to compliment the regular drumming action that fans have become accustomed to.

According to Andriasang these include:

  • Wani Wani Panic: Take out hungry alligators.
  • Pirate Don-chan and the Secret Treasure: Find jewels whilst fending off a devious squid.
  • Haunted House: Try to survive in a house packed to the brim with ghosts and other critters.

    There'll be a total of 70 songs, including a selection of tunes from the likes of Monster Hunter, God Eater and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

    The new game is out in December.

    Such a shame this isn't available in the West, it would go down a storm if it was.

    I've played all 3 of the Taiko no Tatsujin/Taiko Drum Master games on the DS. It truly is a great series. One good thing about it is that you don't have to know Japanese to play it and have fun, as it isn't very text-heavy. Smilie
