Mega Man Legends 3 Heading to 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

After recent rumours, Capcom has confirmed a long-awaited sequel to the Mega Man Legends franchise - a fan driven game for 3DS.

Alongside a second Resident Evil game for the 3DS, the publisher today revealed Mega Man Legends 3 Project, continuing the fan favourite 3D platformers that were originally released on Sony's PlayStation and Nintendo 64.

It's all for the fans it seems, with Capcom keen to use input from players throughout the development process, according to the Capcom Unity Blog.

Who better than Capcom's Keiji Inafune to introduce the unique project:

Might see what this is like when I see a few game play videos or reader reviews. But I have heard good things about the other 2 Legends games so if it is as good as those 2 I might consider picking it up. But I will have to let the speculation get the better of me for now. Great news that it will be for 3DS though, that will be interesting to see what it looks like.
